2025 Hyundai EV Lineup - Crestmont Hyundai

The Hyundai electric vehicle lineup is expanding rapidly, with both electric versions of existing popular models as well as unique EV models. Hyundai EVs quickly established themselves as some of the most popular electric vehicles on the market, and the expanding lineup is generating even more interest. But in order to know which Hyundai EV is right for you, we'll have to get into the details of this impressive lineup.

Hyundai Kona Electric

2025 Hyundai Kona Electric

    Key Features

  • Starting at $32,975 MSRP*
  • All-electric drivetrain producing either 133 or 201 horsepower
  • Max range - 261 miles
  • Front-wheel drive
  • 5 seats

The Kona has already proven to be popular in the highly competitive subcompact SUV market, so it makes sense that Hyundai would make an electric version as well. Like the conventional Kona, the Kona Electric is available with a choice of two drivetrains, one producing 133 horsepower and one producing 201 horsepower, with both producing the same 188 lb-ft of torque. The base SE trim can go 200 miles on a full charge, with other trims offering either 230 or 261 miles. While some manufacturers will give an electric model the same name as a mechanically unrelated model, the Kona Electric actually is just an electric Kona, and everything that you already love about the conventional Kona is here in EV form. That said, the Kona Electric is a bit better-equipped, with features like integrated navigation coming standard.

The IONIQ 5 offers incredible versatility, with great cargo space, excellent range with blazingly quick charging, and available power that competes easily with serious sports cars. The battery technology used in the IONIQ 5 is so advanced that DC fast charging is industry-leading levels of quick, going from 10% to 80% in just 20 minutes. Hyundai IONIQ 6

2025 Hyundai IONIQ 6

    Key Features

  • Starting at $37,850 MSRP*
  • All-electric drivetrain producing either 149, 225 or 320 horsepower
  • Max range - 342 miles
  • Rear-wheel drive or available all-wheel drive
  • 5 seats

The EV market is dominated by SUVs, but Hyundai has just the thing for those who want an electric sedan, the IONIQ 6. The lower stance and more aerodynamic body mean that the IONIQ 6 can get more range out of a smaller (and therefore quicker-charging) battery pack while still producing the same horsepower as the similarly-sized IONIQ 5 SUV. And while the tech is impressive, no less impressive is the futuristic styling of the IONIQ 6, or its supremely comfortable interior. The electric sedan comes well equipped, and available features like a Bose® premium stereo or LED ambient lighting lend even more luxury to the experience. The low center of gravity makes for far better handling than usual in the EV segment, and when you want to cruise on the highway, there's Smart Cruise Control (SCC) with Stop & Go.

Hyundai IONIQ 9

2026 Hyundai IONIQ 9

    Key Features

  • Starting at $58,955 MSRP*
  • All-electric drivetrain producing either 215, 303, or 422 horsepower

One of the only 3-row electric SUVs on the market, the IONIQ 9 handles grocery store trips and family road trips alike with ease. Rear-wheel drive is standard, but most trims come with all-wheel drive and a noticeably higher power output. Range is excellent, with even the most powerful versions of the drivetrain still able to deliver 311 miles of range, thanks to the same highly advanced battery technology that allows the IONIQ 9 to charge from 10% to 80% in just 24 minutes on DC fast charging. And the advanced technology doesn't end there. Drivers' aids give the IONIQ 9 a further advantage over what little competition there is, with available features Navigation-based Smart Cruise Control (SCC) with Curve Control, and Remote Smart Parking Assist 2 (RSPA2). Even though the three-row electric segment isn't that big, the IONIQ 9 is the clear standout.
