About The Hyundai Palisade

The Palisade is Hyundai's biggest SUV, with seating for up to 8 and tons of standard equipment. The cabin is roomy, and the ride is supremely comfortable, which combines with a large amount of cargo space and a 5,000-pound towing capacity to make the Palisade the perfect choice for a family road trip vehicle. An extensive trim lineup makes it easy to find the Palisade that's just right for you, from the offroad-focused XRT to the luxuriously appointed Calligraphy. Power comes from a standard V6 engine, and all-wheel drive is available across the whole trim lineup. The Palisade is a pleasant place to be, whether driving or riding as a passenger. What's New For 2025

There is a new trim for the 2025 Palisade, the SEL Premium. Essentially, this is the same as the SEL when equipped with the Premium Package. The package proved to be so popular that Hyundai decided to make it its own trim and drop the package from the SEL option list.

Robust Capability

Three-row SUVs are all about utility, the ability to carry a lot of people as well as a lot of cargo is of the utmost importance. The Palisade excels at this, with a choice of 7 or 8 seats, depending on whether you opt for the second-row captain chairs, the roomy interior will carry the whole family in comfort. The Palisade can handle this easily, thanks to the standard 3.8-liter V6, which produces 291 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. This is enough to give the Palisade a 5,000-pound towing capacity, and a transmission cooler and trailer pre-wiring come standard. If your adventuring is going to take you offroad, or if you're worried about snow, there is available HTRAC All Wheel Drive (AWD) for all trims except the top Calligraphy Night trim, where it's standard. And all versions and trims use an 8-speed automatic transmission with SHIFTRONIC®.

Cutting Edge Technology

The Palisade strikes a rare balance between advanced technology and ease of use. The 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen sits in a prominent position, where the standard navigation with traffic flow is easy to see. But Hyundai knows that people like actual buttons for the most-used functions, and the Palisade therefore avoids being frustrating in the way that a lot of vehicles are. The Palisade also has available Passenger Talk, an in-car intercom, which is a feature that you see in some minivans, but for some reason is still fairly rare in SUVs, even three three-row SUVs. Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay® are standard, and a wireless charging pad is standard on all trims except the SE. Features like the available Blind Spot View Monitor and Head-up display help keep you safe by displaying vital information where it's easy to see and not distracting.
