Hyundai Certified Used Vehicles Certification and Inspection Process

Before earning certified status, every Hyundai vehicle considered for the Hyundai Certified Used Vehicle program must meet certain criteria and pass a thorough inspection. Models are required to be 6 model years old and newer with 80k miles or less on the odometer. From there, they are required to pass a rigorous 173-point mechanical and appearance inspection performed by Crestmont Hyundai and our team of certified technicians. Once complete, the vehicle will receive an Inspection Checklist to ensure that no area or component has been overlooked. Any component that requires replacement will be replaced with Genuine Hyundai parts.

Step one in the process involves generating a CARFAX Vehicle History Report for the vehicle in question to ensure that it has no past problems.
